Kim has volunteered to setup and provide a meal of smoked shredded pork and pasta salad.
Invites need sent out by June 30th
Buck will provide a tentative list of invitees by Monday the 26th. Please reply by the 28th
Officers will hand-deliver VIP invites July 7th 1100 to 1300
Buck will have a draft presentation to go over for the next meeting
Derrick and Buck will do a system check the day before, assuming Washburn Towers will allow it

Friday, August 4th 0800 to 0900 at Veterans Memorial
alternate location for weather is Pizza Village
will need additional speakers for brief speech

Memorial Day Events
Gary provided the suggestion that Franklin County Honors takes on Memorial Day events in addition to Veterans Day events.
It was acknowledged and tabled for a later date
Elizabeth, in absentia, is purchasing two stands to mount banners for displays
Elizabeth, in absentia, suggested getting shirts for members of Franklin County Honors made by a local business, AM Creations.
It was acknowledged and tabled for a later date
Bill suggested we work with local groups before reaching beyond our community
This was agreed upon and will be taken into consideration moving forward
